    Arlyn graduated from Boston University in 2007. After graduation, she continued her career at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she worked as the Catering Director, handling all of the VIP events on campus for 11 years. She then joined the Berklee team to elevate our guest experience and streamline the process, making catering and event planning seamless and enjoyable. She enjoys spending time with her family, days at the beach and traveling.

Meet the Chef

Adam Pagan, Campus Executive Chef


Adam’s passion for the culinary arts ignited in middle school, where he began working in restaurants and launched his lifelong culinary journey. Constantly exploring global trends and recipes, he skillfully blends international flavors with locally sourced ingredients to craft exceptional four-star menus. Adam is deeply committed to mentoring his team, inspiring them to bring their best to the kitchen every day.

His expertise in culinary research and development has been recognized through the prestigious ProChef® Certifications I, II, and III from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). With over 35 years of leadership experience in higher education and catering, Adam continues to innovate and elevate the culinary experience. We’re always excited to see what he’ll create next.
